I have everything, just need someone to spray the color.
Car is ready with primer and has been blocked to 800 grit.
Painter can spray at my shop or his.
I don't trust myself with 500 EURO worth of METALIC PEARL
color! Color is 2006 Ford laser red met/prl base/clear.
Last thing I painted the color on was my John Deere.......

Sorry Don I´m not familiar with any shops or so in that area besides Remmele.I don´t know where he brings his cars to be painted. The best I know that is somewhat "near" are the Crazy Colors/Watercult guys in Pforzheim. They however are true masters with the paint gun and airbrush. And of course probably pretty expensive. But if you want a show quality i.e. USA standards paint job - they would be my first choice. They are also a House of Kolors dealer.

No sweat, just like everything else, I'll learn to do it myself, since Ima CHEEP Bastid!
As a teen, I worked for 3 yrs at a body shop and learned quickly that I
am a master at welding/bodywork, but can't be trusted with a paint gun.
OK, some preliminary pics, not done painting yet.
It is a 2006 Mustang Laser Red metallic with pearl color, in Sikkens
products(the BEST!):
Click the pic to see the larger version.
Frame was completely disassembled and blasted, primered/painted.
New detailed Rancho Freeway Flyer tranny, new pans welded in, all
new suspension/CB drop spindles, Dannert Beam new brake and gas
lines and all rubber replaced:
That's all the pics I have, I'm not much at taking pics and usually don't post my builds online.

I built a 96X80, 10.8cr with a 300/310 dur and .455 lift cam to put in it.
With the small heads and 40 Webers I am going to put on it, it will only
make 120-150PS, but good gas mileage and LOTS of torque.
I don't have the $$$ to put rear discs on it at this time and have to keep
it under 150PS for now to *fly under the radar* of the TUV.
I found out today that I have to have the front beam set to what I will
keep it at, since the TUV is gonna weld the adjusters to make me *legal*.

Are you having your Tüv done on base? Or do you have to go to a Tüv off base? The reason i ask is,if you have it done on base,I´m sure they are more lineant towards modifications than the "normal" Tüv.. _________________ Surgeon General´s Warning: This vehicle is equipped with a turbocharger and may cause spinal injury during acceleration.
