Hi everybody,
i'm interested to know which aircooled magazine are available in our countries.
Show me some examples and tell me what you think about it.
In germany you can only buy the "Käfer Revue".

In holland there is usually VW Speed, VW Scene, VW Ultra is some stores.
Käfer Revu is here also when it comes out, but thats only, waht? 1 or 2 times a year?
I did find a VolksWorld magazine in Greece on holiday (to my surprise!) _________________ Greets,

I read Volksworld.
In my opinion it's mutch better then the German magazines we get.
I do find it at the train station, and it's an enormous 11,70€!
When I lived in Spain it was only 5€.
I've subscribed to it, which saves a lot of money.
I also plan on subscribing to UltaVW, which I think is a very high quality magazine.
Also, I had VWtrends and "Hot VWs and Dune Buggies".
They are quite cheap when subscribing to them, but being American a large part of the magazine is covered with adds (which makes it cheap). |

Adds are fine as long as they don´t forget the content. The german mags generally suck-technically incompetent and geared towards the "fast & furious" and pimp my ride type crap. The content of the mag has zero quality - although the mags themselves as far as layout and picture quality are excellent. If I see another Passat with wire wheels and air ride I´ll puke! Every now and then there´s a good issue.Käfer Revue however is excellent - good vehicles, good reports and great pictures.
Super VWs is basically the french version of hot vws - which is good.
Ultra Vw and Volksworld are also excellent and in my opinion is setting the standard. _________________ Surgeon General´s Warning: This vehicle is equipped with a turbocharger and may cause spinal injury during acceleration.

Hi There
I read several magazines, Volksworld, Ultra VW & VW Depo (Hungarian)
Volkswrold is a little to focussed on Early Beetles for me & I find that Ultra is much broader in its coverage. _________________ Thanks Paul |
